Kemtree Pulse ("the App") is a workforce management application developed and operated by Kemtree Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") for use exclusively by our employees. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

To provide attendance tracking, task management, and performance monitoring features, the App collects:

• Account information: Name, employee ID, email address, and login credentials.
• Attendance and location data: GPS location at the time of attendance check-in/check-out, used to verify that attendance is marked from an authorized location.
• Biometric authentication data: If you enable Face ID / Fingerprint login, biometric verification is handled entirely by your device's operating system. Kemtree Pulse does not access, collect, or store your biometric data on our servers — only a confirmation that authentication succeeded is used to log you in.
• Task and performance data: Task completion records, timestamps, and performance scores generated from your use of the App.
• Device information: Device push notification token (FCM token) to deliver task reminders and approval alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your login and secure your account.
• To record and verify attendance.
• To assign, track, and evaluate task completion and performance.
• To send push notifications for reminders, approvals, and important updates.
• To generate performance reports visible to authorized managers within Kemtree Enterprises.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to employee data is restricted to authorized personnel within Kemtree Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data collected through the App is used solely for internal workforce management within Kemtree Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you remain an employee of Kemtree Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., and for a reasonable period afterward as required for record-keeping and compliance purposes.

6. Your Rights

As an employee, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your HR or IT department using the details below.

7. Children's Privacy

Kemtree Pulse is an internal employee application and is not intended for or directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
